The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to KEITH CHAPMAN; SERENA LEIGH CHAPMAN; "UNKNOWN OWNERS" and "NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS," Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of DeWitt County, Illinois, by Plaintiff, HEARTLAND BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, against you and other defendants praying for foreclosure of a Mortgage covering the premises described as follows to wit:
LOT 1 IN BLOCK 1 OF ROBERT D. SAMUEL'S SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED AUGUST 22, 2003 IN PLAT BOOK "A", PAGE 279 IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF DEWITT COUNTY, ILLINOIS, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF DEWITT, IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.

NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above-named Defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in said suit, or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of DeWitt County, Illinois, on or before May 28, 2024, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
