‘12-Days-of-Crafts’ event returns to Warner Library November 28

Library to offer drop-in holiday crafts for all ages

CLINTON — 12 Days of Crafts is back with a Sweet Treats theme.

Drop in at the library each day from November 28-December 9 to create a free holiday craft. Creations will include an oatmeal treat elf, beaded candy cane, chocolate brownie reindeer, 3-D cocoa mug ornament, vintage felt ribbon candy, and more.

The crafting station will be open during regular library hours each day until supplies run out.

Then, join the library on Saturday, December 10 between 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for the 12th craft, warm hugs & mugs – greenery decoration. Create a centerpiece  for your winter table and learn about winter greenery from local Master Gardeners.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a holiday mug of their choosing to use as a base. The library will also have mugs on hand. Refreshments will be served. All 12 Days of Crafts events are free and open to the public of all ages and advance registration is not required.

*4-H STEM Mania (Grades 3-5) Wed. 12/7 at 2:45 p.m.

*Flavor Confusion Taste Testing (Teen 12-18) Thu. 12/8 at 4 p.m.

Warm Hugs and Mugs (All Ages) Sat. 12/10 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

*Winter Wonderland Snowglobes (Children & Family) Mon. 12/12 at 3:45 p.m.

**The last family storytime of the year will take place on 12/14.

The library is open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Hours are subject to change.

The library will be closed on Friday, December 16 for a staff development day, Saturday, December 24 for Christmas Eve, and Monday, December 26 in observance of Christmas.
