CLINTON — Alice Eleanor Mayall, 98 of Clinton, passed away at 10:38 p.m. on December 20, 2017, at Fair Havens Christian Village, Decatur, Ill.
Services were conducted on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with Scott Marsh officiating. Burial followed at Ridge Cemetery, Maroa. Visitation was held on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Special Olympics.
Alice was born on July 1, 1919 in Maroa,the daughter of Walter and Edith (Boyer) Hastings. She married Ralph P. Mayall July 5, 1941, in New London, Mo. He passed away on January 29, 2009.
Survivors include her son, Phillip R. (Sharon) Mayall, of California; three grandchildren, Silas (Kelli) Mayall, Zachary Mayall, and Katherine (Scott) Wagner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Robert, three brothers, and two sisters.
Alice was a volunteer for the physically and mentally disabled. She was a member of the Texas Christian Church where she played the organ.
