KENNEY — John Wesley and Joan Anderson, of Kenney, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day.
The Andersons were married at the Church of Christ, in Mt Auburn, Ill.. on Feb. 14, 1970.
Joan (Herman) graduated from Decatur Memorial Hospital and is a retired registered nurse. Wes is a United States Air Force veteran and retired farmer.
They are the parents of Bill (Michelle) Anderson, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Susan (Jesus) Muñoz, of Kenney, and the grandparents of Kigan Muñoz and Jack, Jorie and Payton Anderson.
Wes and Joan spend their winters in Texas. They will celebrate with family when they return to Illinois in the spring. The family invites you to send a letter or card to Wes and Joan Anderson 2517 East Mark Circle, Harlingen, TX 78550.
