CLINTON — Angela Rose Dubson Flener, 54, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield.
Angela was born on October 2, 1967, in Clinton, to Charles “Butch” Dubson and Rose Dubson. She attended Clinton schools. She later moved to Springfield and married high school sweetheart Ernie Flener.
Angela enjoyed life and loved her family.
She is survived by her husband, Ernie Flener; children, Erin Flener, Ashlin Flener, Megan Flener, Doris Hibbard, Teresa Flener, and Bobby Hibbard; 11 beautiful grandchildren; her mother, Rose Dubson; two sisters, Peggy Dubson Lobano and Teresa Dubson Lampe.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her mother and father-in-law.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on March 5, 2022, at at Peg’s Pub & Grub, 1020 State Route 10 west.
