DEWITT — Bradley Lynn Burton, 26, of DeWitt, passed away at 8:48 a.m. on December 15, 2020, in Warren, Mich.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with Kevin Peterson officiating. Visitation will be held from 10–11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Bradley Burton memorial fund.
Bradley was born on May 25, 1994, in Lincoln, Ill. the son of Rodney Burton and Dawn Wooldridge.
Survivors include his son, Brayden Lynn Burton, Farmington, Mo.; father, Rodney Burton, DeWitt; mother, Dawn Wooldridge, Bloomington; maternal grandfather, Bill Wooldridge, Clinton; maternal grandmother, Charlene Cox, Clinton; paternal grandmother, Florene Fisher, DeWitt; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Cox, Clinton; maternal great-grandfather, Wonnie Wickenhauser, Clinton; siblings, Halen (Abby) Shinneman, Rantoul, Ill.; Gavin (Bree) Burton, Collinsville, Ill.; Brianna (Dylan Kirkpatrick) Burton, DeWitt; two nephews, Jordan Shinneman and Kye Burton; and one niece, Paisley Shinneman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Damien Wolf; grandfather, Jackie Burton; great-grandfather, Wayne Cox; great-grandmother, Patricia Wickenhauser; and great-great-grandmother, Hazel Polen.
Bradley was a carpenter. His hobbies were fishing and playing video games with his nephew, Jordan, and he loved the New England Patriots. He DJ’d with his brother, Halen and also enjoyed “hanging out” with his sister, Brianna. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Bradley was also a “proud momma’s boy.”
