CLINTON — Tom and Thora (Burger) Bray were married December 25, 1949, and will celebrate their 70th anniversary this Christmas Day.
The couple married at Prairie Center Church, rural Clinton, with the Rev. Darryl Berg officiating. Attendants were Norma Thorp and Harold Swanzy, both of Wapella.
The Brays are parents of Bob (Martha) Bray, of Wapella, and Bill, deceased. Daughter-in-law, Karen, resides in Colorado.
They have two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-child.
Cards of congratulations may be sent to their home at 50 Somerset Drive, Clinton.
