CLINTON — In this time of uncertain happenings and delayed sports seasons, the Clinton Maroons have had some outstanding student athletes.
The Central Illinois Conference (CIC) has awarded their first and second team all-conference players. Zeke Hickman was placed on the all-conference boys first team. Mallory Cyrulik made the all-conference girls first team, and Kaitlyn Rauch made the girls all-conference second team.
Besides the above award, Mallory Cyrulik also was named to the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (ICBA) all-state girls basketball team.
In a tough year for sports of any type, these student athletes made the best of a bad situation and are standouts for the Maroons and the community.
