Rebecca Justice, 36, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging her with failure to appear for methamphetamine conspiracy. Justice posted the necessary bond and was released.
Randy Shepherd, 68, Clinton, was issued a citation for illegal use of an electronic communication device while operating a motor vehicle. Shepherd was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Angela Umstattd, 39, Bloomington, was issued a citation for speeding 80 mphin a 55 mph zone. Umstattd was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Kylie Alexanser, 27, Clinton, was issued a citation for illegal use of an electronic communication device while operating a motor vehicle. Alexander was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Kyle Scoles, 20, Clinton, illegal use of an electronic communication device while operating a motor vehicle. Scoles was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Ronald Condie, 72, Heyworth, was illegal use of an electronic communication device while operating a motor vehicle. Condie was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Tommy Nicholls, 28, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. Nicholls was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Mary Madix, 80, Decatur, was issued a citation for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Madix was issued a notice to appear and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
