6th Grade

• Jaden Rigney has been selected as one of the November Star Students. Jaden is a kind and hard working student. Jaden comes to class prepared and ready to learn.  Jaden often participates in the classroom discussions and provides meaningful input.  Jaden is always willing to help the teacher or other students when the need arises.  Jaden is a wonderful role model.

 • Karla Ramirez is a wonderful student to have in class. She is always on time and makes sure to bring all of the materials she will need for class. During class, she is always raising her hand to answer questions and participate in lessons. Karla is respectful to her classmates and helps them when she can. We are very proud of Karla here at CJHS. She has a very bright future ahead of her.  Congratulations on being a November star student and keep up the great work!

 • Alyvia Helfand is our star student of the month!  Alyvia works hard every day in class and she always has a positive attitude.  Her love for learning and her outgoing personality make her one of a kind both in and out of the classroom.  She is kind to all of her peers and is always willing to help others when they need a little extra help.  Alyvia goes above and beyond in her assignments and she is very driven to be successful.  I know she is going to do wonderful things in her future!  Congratulations Alyvia!​

 7th Grade

• Brandy Hoerr deserves recognition for being a star student at CJHS. She is a nice, caring, and hardworking student.  Brandy is capable of working in groups with a variety of students in a positive manner that’s contiguous to learning.  She is not afraid to participate and take on a challenge for each new concept being taught.  Keep up the great work, Brandy!

•  Joe Jiles is such a wonderful student to have in class.  He is very inquisitive on the concepts being taught, participates without hesitation, and stays on task.  Joe is a wonderful student to work in groups, because he gets along with everyone and always has ideas.  He comes to school with a great attitude and willingness to learn every day.  Great job, Joe!

 • Gabby Lowe shows up to school every day with a positive, hard-working attitude.  She is kind, respectful, and polite to both her teachers and classmates.  Gabby takes pride in her work by making sure it is turned in on time and accurately, even when she is absent.  Way to go, Gabby!

 8th Grade

• Noah Stephenson is a very well-rounded 8th grader.  He is respectful when speaking to his teachers and peers. Noah works hard in class, always putting forth his best effort.  He is willing to work with anyone and help his peers out with problems. He does a great job of balancing his school work and his extra-curricular activities.  We truly enjoy you, Noah!  

 • Emmy Fought is an excellent example of CJHS star student. She is respectful to her peers as well as staff.  Emmy comes to school with a great attitude and puts forth her best effort. We appreciate the extra effort Emmy takes to represent our school by supporting our teams at school events.  Thank you, Emmy, for being a positive role model for CJHS!!

 • Kaitlin Burton shines as a star student at CJHS.  Kaitlin is well-behaved in class, participates in class discussions, and works well with others.  She sets a great example for other students both in the classroom and around the school.  She isn’t afraid of a challenge and has really excelled this year.   Congratulations, Kaitlin, on this well-deserved honor!
