SignUpGenius link is available April appointments.  Find this link on our website (www.dewittpiatthealth.com) and Facebook page. We are accepting 1st and 2nd dose appointments now.  We want to continue to encourage everyone eligible to receive vaccination, but especially those aged 65 and older.

Our IL National Guard clinics were very successful this week, vaccinating 313 at Blue Ridge HS in Farmer City, IL and 286 at the First Christian Church in Clinton, IL.

The FDA and CDC recommended a pause in use of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.  This pause would allow for investigation of a rare blood clot found in 6 females who had recently received the vaccine.  There have been 7.2 million vaccinations in the US using this vaccine.

Additional vaccination information is located here: https://www.dph.illinois.gov/covid19/vaccine-faq and  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/faq.html

Case numbers are rising locally.  PLEASE continue to practice our prevention protocol:  WASH your hands frequently, WEAR a mask when in public, WATCH your distance (maintain a 6 ft distance), don't attend or host gatherings, and shelter vulnerable populations.

Thank you!
