CLINTON — Curtis L. Carter, 62, of Clinton, passed away at 8:40 p.m. on February 9, 2019, at the Warner Hospital and Health Services, Clinton.
A gathering to celebrate Curtis’ life will be held from 3–6 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the American Legion Hall, Clinton. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with cremation rites.
Memorials may be directed to the Curtis L. Carter memorial fund c/o Jesse Carter.
Curtis was born on December 17, 1956, in Clinton, the son of Goldie M. Isaac.
Survivors include his children, Jesse (Lacy) Carter, Clinton, and Josh (Dena) Carter, Fisher, Ill.; grandchildren, Aaron Carter, Kindell Carter, Kamden Carter, and Kambree Carter; siblings, Regina Fabris, Clinton, and Eric Isaac, Clinton; and uncle, Delmar Bateson, Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Curtis enjoyed racing of all kinds.
