Starlet Billingsley, 50, Creve Coeur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Suspended License. Billingsley posted the necessary bond and was released.

Thomas Neeley, 33, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Unlwfl Poss Cannabils/Driver. Neeley posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sean Wheeler, 40, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Possession of Methamphetamine/Petition for Revocation of Court Probation. Wheeler, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Nolan Hickman, 21, Clinton was issued a citation for Leaving scene – Property Damage/Crash. Hickman was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Thomas Neely, 33, Decatur, was issued a citation for Unlawful Trans of Adult use Cannabis. Neely posted the necessary bond and was released.

Andrew Little, 33, LeRoy, was issued a citation for Failure to wear Seat Belt. Little was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 1819, December 15, 2019, revealed that Kimberly Miller, 47, Kenney was traveling south bound on US 51 S of Thorps Road. Miller stated she was in the west lane when her passenger side tires went off the roadway, causing her vehicle to skid. While straightening the vehicle, it drifted into the east lane causing it to make contact with the front passenger side of a vehicle driven by Kathryn Arnold, 50, of Clinton. Due to the damage, Arnold’s vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries or citations occurred as a result of this accident, due to weather conditions.

Christian Ward, 20, Farmer City was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Criminal Damage to Property/FTA. Ward posted the necessary bond and was released.

Dawnitta Munster, 45, Leroy was issued a citation or Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Munster was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Justin Craig, 20, Naperville, was issued a citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 45 mph zone). Craig was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jose Carballosa, 19, Clinton, was arrested and charged for Consumption of Liquor/Minor. Carballosa, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Dakota Ramey, 26, Mahomet, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him withdriving on Suspended License/FTA. Ramey, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

William De Paepe, 57, McLean was arrested, charged and issued citations for Driving on Revoked License, Fail Notify DMG/Unattended Veh, Fail to Reduce Speed. De Paepe, posted the necessary bond and was relesaed.

Dorothy Dorotiak, 60, Worth was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Dorotiak was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Herman Boyer, 47, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Battery/Makes Physical Contact. Boyer posted the necessary bond and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
