Kristie L. Tindall, 49, Decatur, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Bond posted.

Robert T. Rusher, 38, Clinton, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Bond posted.

On Apr. 13, Clinton Police arrested James R. Mandoline, 29, Clinton, for domestic battery.  Mandoline was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Apr. 16, Clinton Police arrested Robert G. Mandrell, 39, Clinton, for no valid driver’s license.  Mandrell was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Apr. 16, Clinton Police investigated a property damage accident in the 600 block of N. Center Street.  A vehicle driven by Travis W. Pollock, 31, Clinton, was southbound on Center Street, when he collided with a vehicle owned by Lorinda M. Ryburn, Heyworth, according to police.  Pollock was issued citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Pollock was released on a notice to appear in court.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
