Richard S. Oakman, 21, Clinton for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.  Notice to appear issued

Tayler M. Burke, 16, Clinton, for speeding 42 mph in a 30 mph zone.  Notice to appear issued.

Taiyana L. Williams, 17, Bloomington, for possession of drug paraphernalia.  Notice to appear issued.

Shakira K. Benson, 18, Peoria, for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone.  Notice to appear issued.

Akeerea Gardner, 18, Bloomington, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Notice to appear issued.

Kyrah L. Heard, 18, Bloomington, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.  Notice to appear issued.

Additional

On June 10, Clinton Police arrested Emily S. Pu, 31, Clinton, for driving while license suspended and registration suspended for no insurance.  Pu was released on a notice to appear.

On June 11, Clinton Police arrested Charity L. Call, 26, Decatur, for driving while license suspended.  Call was released on a notice to appear.

On June 11, Clinton Police arrested Jimmy G. Garcia, 43, Clinton, on a DeWitt County warrant.  Garcia was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
