CLINTON — Eric Jaxon Koshinski, infant son, passed away at 9:39 a.m. on April 11, 2018, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with Scott Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, at the funeral home.

Eric was born on April 11, 2018 in Peoria, the son of Eric Dalton Koshinski and Katie Marie Powers.
Survivors include his mother, Katie Marie Powers, Clinton; father, Eric Dalton Koshinski, Clinton; brother Oakley William Powers, Clinton; maternal grandparents, Lynden K. (Ann C.) Powers, Clinton; Carol A. (Jeff) Kleist, Clinton; paternal grandparents, Eric (Shelly) Koshinski, Clinton; maternal great-grandparent, Clara Taylor, Clinton; paternal great-grandparent, Helen Koshinski, Hallsville, Ill.; aunts, Tonya (Ashton) Mearida, Wapella; Dana (Greg) Rubenacker, Hallsville,Ill.; and Amanda Ware, Chicago; special aunt, Denise Torbert, Clinton; uncles, Allen (Amy) Taylor, Weldon; and Mike Taylor, Clinton.
He was prededed in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Herman and Brownie Powers, William Green Taylor and paternal great-grandparents, Jean Daniels and Herb Koshinski.
