CLINTON — The First Christian Church, of Clinton, will host the Illinois Regional Qualifying Speech and Debate Tournament sponsored by the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA), the third largest high school speech and debate league in the country. The three day tournament will take place on Thursday, January 25, -Saturday, January 27. Over 150 students from a six-state region will gather compete to compete in two debate styles and eleven speech events.
