DeWitt County Sheriff’s Office
Apr. 19
Kelsey Cook, 27, Clinton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Cook was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Jacob Taylor, 39, Wapella, was issued a citation for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Taylor was issued a notice to appear and was released.
Brooke Fink, 33, Decatur, was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license. Fink posted the necessary bond and was released.
Lloyd Kevin Westbrook, 49, Wapella, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with Forgery. Westbrook unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
