NORMAL — Frances L Whitecotton, 90, of Normal passed away at 12:20 p.m. on November 22, 2017, at McLean County Nursing Home.
She was born on February 26, 1927 in Fort Smith, Ark., the daughter of Sidney Dickey and Maggie Lucky-Dickey. She married LeRoy Moore. He preceded her in death. She later married John Whitecotton. He also preceded her in death.
Frances is survived by her children, Terry (Roberta) Moore, of Bloomington, Linda (Ken) Ahrens of Miamisburg, Ohio, Peggy Moore, of Normal, Kathy (Fred) Chavez, of Normal, and David Moore, of Bloomington; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; one brother and three sisters.
Frances was a member of The Nazarene Church, in Clinton, for many years.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A private service will be held at a later date.
