CLINTON — In late August, Land of Lincoln Honor Flight (LLHF) #68 carried Kenny resident Jim High, a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era, to see the memorials in Washington D. C. 

Along with Jim and 92 other veterans were 86 guardians, one of which was Jim’s son Jimmy, who also is a veteran.   Two of the veterans honored were from the Korean War era, and the others were from the Vietnam era.
