On 05/22/20 Clinton Police arrested Audrey L. Barry 33, Clinton for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Brett A. Williams 32, Clinton for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Bother subjects were released on a Notice to Appear in court.
On 05/23/20 Clinton Police arrested Zion Q. Hoffman 19, Clinton for Disorderly Conduct, No FOID card and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Hoffman was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 05/24/20 Clinton Police arrested Jordan M. Thomas 21, Clinton for Aggravated Battery. Thomas was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 05/22/20 Clinton Police Department investigated a Hit & Run accident at the corner of Center & Woodlawn. A vehicle had struck a sign and power pole and then proceeded southbound on Center Street.
On 05/28/20 Clinton Police issued citations to Zion Q. Hoffman 19, Clinton for Failure to Report Accident to Police, and Duty upon Damaging unattended Property/Vehicle. Hoffman was issued a Notice to Appear in Court.
On 05/28/20 Clinton Police issued Notice to Appear for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Kelsey R. Skelton 34, Lincoln and Jeffrey A. Gray 40, Lincoln.

Donald Greenwood, 41, Henry, was issued a citation for Driving while License Suspended. Greenwood was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Sophia Ayers, 22, Dekalb, was issued citations for Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident, Leaving the Scene of a Traffic Crash and Failure to Report Accident. Ayers was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Savahna Day, 22, Dewitt, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Day was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Antonio Brady, 54, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with Driving on Suspended License/FTA. Brady was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred on 4/22 at 1600 revealed that Brandon Martin, 30, Farmer City was backing out of a parking space on the north side of the 400 block of Maple Street, in Weldon. Martin, collided with the rear passenger side bumper of a car belonging to Susan Karnes, 35, Deland. Karnes was sitting in her vehicle when the incident occurred. No injuries were reported.
Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred on 4/24 at 1504 revealed that Clayton Brown, 37, Mt. Pulaski was traveling westbound on IL 54 near Stagecoach Rd. Joshua Hedrick, 37, Heyworth activated his turn signal to indicate he was turning right into the parking lot, located at 6121 IL 54. Brown did not slow down to allow Hedrick to complete this right turn, without incident. Browns’s front end collided with Hedrick’s rear end. Brown’s vehicle was not drivable after the crash due to extensive front end damage. The vehicle was removed from the scene. Brown was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Brown was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Brendan Bow, 19, Indianapolis, was issued a citation for Speeding (91 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bow was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred 4/30/20 at 0820, revealed that Aaron Runyon, 37, Normal, was southbound on US Highway 51, north of Autumn Road in the passing lane. Stephen Corum, 76, Heyworth, was also southbound in the driving lane. Runyon passed Corum. Runyon said he did not see Corum in his mirror and began merging into the driving lane. The passenger side of Runyon’s vehicle struck the driver side of Corum’s vehicle. The crash caused damage to the driver door and down the driver side of the bed as well as a flat rear driver side tire. Runyon’s vehicle did not have observable damage. No injuries were reported. Runyon’s vehicle was driven from the scene. Corum’s vehicle was towed by Baum Towing to their collision facility.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
