On 01/25/20 Clinton Police arrested Amanda J. Visinia 35, Clinton for No Valid Registration and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Visinia was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 01/26/20 Clinton Police arrested Alyese D. Leonard 31, Bloomington for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Leonard was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

David Trantham, 33, Odum GA, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Possession of Methamphetamine/FTA. Trantham, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Sadie House, 48, Danville, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Suspended License/FTA. House, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Justin Smith, 36, Clinton, was arrested on DeWitt County Warrant’s charging him with Driving While License Revoked-Subsequent Offense (3rd)/Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer/Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer; Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine/Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. Smith, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Braxton Eckart, 22, Savoy, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Eckart was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
