Darcey Robinson, 30, Aurora, was issued Citations for Unlawful Display of Registration Plate, Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone), Operating Uninsured Vehicle, and Driving while License Suspended. Robinson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kourtney Ewing, 30, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (26-34 mph over the limit). Ewing was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Chimerera Thompson, 39, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (65 mph in a 45 mph zone). Thompson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jackie Howard, 42, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Misd Fail/Return from Furlough. Howard posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nick Woodruff, 30, Decatur, was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident; Leave Scene of Accident; Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Woodruff was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Keiron Sneed, 38, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Domestic BTRY/Physical Contact. Sneed posted the necessary bond and was released.

Karl Todtenbier, 18, Deland, was issued Citations for Speeding (72 mph in a 55 mph zone) and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Todtenbier was also issued a Civil Citation for Possession of Cannabis, not more than 10 Grams. Todtenbier was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Tammy Dunbar-Shepherd, 39, Lane, was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Failure to Give Information After Striking Vehicle on Other Property. Dunbar-Shepherd was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Ronette Frank, 47, Mt. Pulaski, was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Frank was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 1207 on 3/30/21 revealed that Christopher Colley, 43, Moberly, MO, was traveling Southwest on IL State Route 54. Joseph Lauterberg, 19, Heyworth, was traveling east on East Road, west of IL State Route 54. Lauterberg did not observe Colley, nor the stop sign and struck Colley on the rear semitrailer tires, causing major front end damage to Lauterberg’s vehicle and causing the airbag to deploy. Colley’s vehicle sustained damage to the rear passenger side trailer axle. Colley’s vehicle was temporarily driven to a grain bin on the south side of the IL State Route 54, so it could be un-loaded, and the tire re-secured to the trailer. Lauterberg’s vehicle was towed by Gary’s Towing to Kathy’s Collision. Lauterberg was issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Lauterberg was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Laura Alspach, 33, Latham, was issued a Citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and a NTA for Macon County Warrant, charging her with Poss Drug Paraphernalia/Failure to Pay or Appear. Alspach was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Torey Lancaster, 28, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Meth<5 Grams. Lancaster posted the necessary bond and was released.

Derrick Douglas, 20, Decatur, was arrested on DeWitt County Warrants Charging him with Obstructing Identification/FTA and Sex Offender Failure to Report Change of Address. Douglas, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
