Brett A. Williams 34, Clinton Driving While License Suspended. Notice to Appear issued

Carissa N. Oyler 41, Effingham Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Notice to Appear issued

On 11/18/21 Clinton Police arrested Selah M. Chitwood 19, Clinton for Possession of Cannabis by Driver and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and a Civil Citation to Tiffany T. Davis 20, Clinton for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Chitwood was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 11/20/21 Clinton Police arrested Alex G. Holtman 19, Clinton for No Valid FOID card and Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Holtman was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Alberto Alonso, 57, Lawndale, was Arrested and Charged with Driving While Driver’s License/Permit or Privilege to Operate Motor Vehicle is Suspended or Revoked. Alonso was issued Citations for Driving While License Revoked and Speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone). Alonso posted the necessary bond and was released.

Christopher Parrish, 32, Decatur, was issued citations for Possess Cannabis in vehicle, outside approved container, and Speeding (80 mph in a 65 mph zone). Parrish was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Amber Reynolds, 39, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Possession of Meth<5 grams="" fta="" reynolds="" posted="" the="" necessary="" bond="" and="" was="" released="" p="">

Shandra Barror, 29, Forsyth, was arrested and charged with DUI-Under the Influence of Alcohol. Barror posted the necessary bond and was released.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
