Arrests: 

On November 24, 2019 Clinton Police arrested Rudolfo A. Sarinana Jr, 30, Clinton, for the offenses of Aggravated Battery. Sarinana was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On November 23, 2019 Clinton Police arrested Joseph S. Roberts, 38, Clinton, for Sex Offender/Failure to Report Change of Employment. Roberts was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

Elizabeth Smith, 26, Bloomington, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Suspended License/FTA. Smith, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Matthew Devenbaugh, 32, Clinton, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Devenbaugh was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Terrance Boyd, 26, Aurora, was issued a citation for Speeding (85 mph in a 55 mph zone). Boyd was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kelan Gibson, 30, Peoria, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Obstructing Identification. Gibson posted the necessary bond and was released.

Clarence Bryant, II, 25, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Driving on Suspended License. Bryant posted the necessary bond and was released.

Terry Todd, 46, Peoria, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with driving While License Revoked (DUI/SS)(4th Offense). Todd, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Andrew Allen, 56, Green Valley, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Allen was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nicholas Bonanno, 23, Normal, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bonanno was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Melvin Russell, 37, Normal, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Russell was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Ahmad Nagi, 22, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Nagi was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Christian Falbe, 39, Cerro Gordo, was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident/ Falbe was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
