Kelsey E. Swickard 38, Clinton Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Notice to Appear

On 10/12/19 Clinton Police arrested Conrad H. Wallin 25, Clinton for Domestic Battery. Wallin was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 10/13/19 Clinton Police arrested Derek S. Malcolm 18, Clinton for Possession of Cannabis 30-100 grms and Manufactur/Deliver Cannabis. A 16 year old juvenile was taken into custody for Possession of Cannabis 30-100 grms, Manufacture/Deliver Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 10/13/19 Clinton Police arrested Lorin J. Riddle 31, Clinton for Domestic Battery. Riddle was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Clarence Bryant, 25, Clinton was arrested, charged and issue a citation for Driving on Suspended License. Bryant posted the necessary bond and was released.

Paul Harris, 56, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Domestic Btry/Physical Contact/FTA. Harris, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

David Ward, 63, Wapella, was arrested and charged with Domestic Btry/Physical Contact. Ward, unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Jana Magness, 52, Farmer City was arrested, charged and issued citations for 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence/Operating Uninsured Vehicle/Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Improper Lane Usage and Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident. Magness was released pending court date.

Barry Ward, 62, St. Joseph, was issued a citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55-mph zone). Ward was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Dora Wheeler, 41, Aurora, arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Revoked License/FTA. Wheeler, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Skyler Confer, 22, Saybrook was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Driving on Suspended License. Confer, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Cory Miller, 30, Seymour was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Miller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Mamie Marler, 43, Decatur, was issued a citation for Improper Use of Registration or Title. Marler was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

John Weathers, 49, Springfield, was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55-mph zone). Weathers was given a Notice Appear and was released.

Loc Le, 29, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55-mph zone). Le was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Skye Bishop, 22, Bloomington, was issued a citation or Speeding (69 mph in a 45-mph zone). Bishop was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
