CLINTON — Marjorie Pauline Burton, 94, of Clinton, passed away at 2:05 p.m. on July 18, 2019, at Advocate BroMenn, Normal, Ill.
Graveside Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Memorial Park Cemetery Clinton, with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Marjorie was born on November 21, 1924, in Clinton, the daughter of Pavey and Leila (Bennett) Jones. She married Charles O. Burton on October 6, 1941, in St. Louis, Mo. He passed away on August 7, 2013
Survivors include her son, Charles Marvin Burton, Denver, Colo., and sister, Edna F. (James) Rheinhold, Chesterfield, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Marjorie was a member of the Clinton First Christian Church.
