CLINTON — Greg and Dixie Montgomery observed their 60th wedding anniversary on March 2, 2017. Family and friends are invited to come to Texas Christian Church, 8301 Texas Church Road, Clinton, on Saturday, July 22, from 2-4 p.m. to help them celebrate their anniversary. They also will celebrate Dixie’s 80th birthday and her 60th anniversary as church organist.
Greg and Dixie request guests bring no presents.
Gregory Douglas Montgomery married Dixie Joan Anderson on March 2, 1957, at the Presbyterian Church, in Clinton. Lyle Archie Montgomery was best man, and Bette Anderson served as matron of honor. Greg and Dixie have two sons, Mark Douglas and Sterling Grant. Mark resides in Bloomington, Ill., and Sterling and his family reside in Catlin, Ill.
