CLINTON — Mick and Ginny Murphy, of Clinton, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.
The Murphys were married on June 24, 1960, at the First Christian Church, Clinton.
They are parents to Alan Murphy (deceased), of Heyworth, and Michelle (Gene) Dillow, of Decatur. They also are grandparents to Candi (Jake) Taylor, Samantha (Caleb) Ballew and Brooklyn Dillow, and great-grandparents to Dylan, Kylie, Maci and Charli.
Mick enjoys restoring his 1940 Ford pick up truck and Ginny enjoys leading songs at Wapella Christian Church.
They will celebrate their anniversary with a dinner at Jim’s Steakhouse.
