CLINTON — Peggy Lou Disney, 80, of Clinton, died at 5:20 a.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021, in Lincoln Christian Nursing Home.
A graveside service to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Lisenby Cemetery, Lane Ill., with the Rev. Jim Kelson officiating. Memorials may be made to Lane Christian Church building fund or the Lincoln Christian Nursing Home. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is handling the arrangements.
Peggy was born on August 24, 1941, in Lane, daughter of Oren and Coyla (Parker) Bundy. She was a graduate of Clinton High School. She was an active member of Lane Christian Church, where she played piano, taught Sunday School and helped in various food ministries over the years. She was a true servant at heart. Peggy was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she will be missed.
Surviving is her husband, Lloyd J. Disney, son, Joseph Disney, daughter, Leslie (Disney) Sickmeyer, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Marjorie Heinz, Audre Massey, and brothers, Keith Bundy, Tom Bundy and Danny Bundy.
