CLINTON — Phyllis A. Underwood, 68, of Clinton, passed away at 11:08 p.m. on November 21, 2019 at Manor Court, Clinton.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at the Clinton United Methodist Church, with Pastor Darrell Howard officiating. There will be no visitation. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, assisted the family with cremation rites.
Memorials may be directed to the Phyllis Underwood memorial fund.
Phyllis was born on July 27, 1951, in Lincoln, the daughter of Edward and Lucinda (Baker) Underwood.
Survivors include her siblings, Bobby (Pamela) Baker, Lincoln; Margaret Finn, Clinton; Jack Underwood, Clinton; and Susie Underwood, Clinton; nieces and nephews, Tim Baker, Teri (Baker) Raymond, Michael (Stephanie) Underwood, Debbie Underwood, and John Finn; five great-nephews and two great-nieces also survive.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gene Underwood and Donald Underwood; and two nieces, Tammy Mitchell and Jennifer Westerfield, sister-in-law, Lois Underwood.
Phyllis worked at the Dr. John Warner Hospital for 33 years. She enjoyed working on her family tree and cross stitch.
