Clinton Police Department

Arrests: 

On August 19, 2018 Clinton Police arrested Cecil N. Schmidgall, 62, Clinton, for the offense of Domestic Battery. Schmidgall was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On August 20, 2018 Clinton Police arrested Koby D. Bateson, 20, Clinton, for Criminal Damage to Property. Bateson was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On August 20, 2018 Clinton Police arrested Lael D. Zeigler, 43, Decatur, for Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint. Zeigler was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 

On August 20, 2018 Clinton Police arrested Sean M. Dunlap, 22, Clinton, for Domestic Battery. Dunlap was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

On August 21, 2018 Clinton Police arrested Jeffrey A. Petri, 49, Bloomington, for Driving While License Revoked. Petri was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing, pending the posting of bond.

Cameron Danison, 24, Chestnut was Arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Disorderly Conduct/Failure to Appear. Danison posted the necessary bond and was released.

Kimberly Neely, 33, Bloomington was Arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving Under Influence of Alcohol/Failure to Appear. Neely posted the necessary bond and was released.

Scott Ashley, 23, Wapella was issued a citation for Expired Registration.  Ashley was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Michael Ellis, 20, Dalton City was issued a citation for speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph).  Ellis was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Laura Stollard, 32, Bloomington was issued a citation for speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Stollard was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lesley Bond, 48, Decatur was issued a citation for speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Bond was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Weaver McCumsey, 59, Farmer City was issued a citation for speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  McCumsy was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lisa Quiran, 52, Waynesville was issued a citation for speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Quiran was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

James Kilson, 39, Lane was issued a citation for speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Kilson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Draven Miller, 21, Clinton was issued a citation for speeding (90 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Miller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Agostadero Cardozo, 27, Lincoln was issued a citation for speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Cardozo was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jeffery Hill, 30, Joliet was arrested and charged with Driving while License Suspended/Revoked.  Hill posted the necessary bond and was released.

Gregory Voeller, 62, Madison, WI, was issued a citation for speeding (72 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Voeller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Sydney Connolley, 20, Leland was Issued a Citation for Speeding 86 MPH in a 70 MPH Zone. Connolley was Issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Christopher Dallas, 42, Checotah, OK was Issued a Citation for Speeding 74 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Dallas was Issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Eisse Cortez, 21, Joliet was issued a Citation for Speeding 90 MPH in a 65 MPH Zone. Cortez was Issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Boris Koli, 26, Normal was Issued a Citation for Speeding 73 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone. Koli was Issued a Notice to Appear and was released.
