Clinton Police Department
On Apr. 20, Clinton Police arrested Andrew R. Knipfer, 28, Springfield, for possession of marijuana and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Knipfer was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
