CASTROVILLE, Texas — Robert Vernon Dunn, 93, of Castroville, Texas, formerly of Springfield, Ill.,passed away at 8:56 a.m. on December 3, 2020, at his son’s home in Reno, Nev.
Graveside services will be conducted at at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Kenney.

Robert was born on August 20, 1927, in Latham, Ill., the son of Lee Roy and Lela Doyne (Gooding) Dunn. He married Shirley Ann Henson on September 22, 1981, in Springfield. She passed away on October 8, 2011.
Survivors include his son, Myirl (Geraldine) Dunn, Castroville, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Robert Lee Dunn; and one daughter, Leah Jean Dunn
