WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — Ronald Lee Campbell, of Winter Springs, Fla., formerly of Clinton, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2023, at home under the care of hospice and loving family. He was 80 years old.

Surviving is his wife Sheron, of Winter Springs, Fla., daughter Paula Thorson, of Orlando, Fla., and son Ronald (Jon) Ferraz-Campbell, of Winter Springs, Fla. 

Also surviving are three grandchildren, Tara (Mike) Sandidge, of Chandler, Ariz., Rachel Campbell, of Apopka, Fla., and Nicholas Campbell, of Apopka, Fla., two great granddaughters, Aesira and Freya Sandidge, of Chandler, Ariz., and longtime friend from school, Ted (Toni) Reynolds, of Arvada, Colo.

Ron was preceded in death by his father (Dean Campbell), mother (Marie Campbell Gill), stepfather Lyle Gill, five brothers, Dick, Duane, Bill, Terry, and Rex), and late wife, Irene Bicknell Campbell.
