CLINTON — S. Scott Williamson, 39, of Clinton, passed away from a severe asthma attack at 5:41 a.m. on March 13, 2018 at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal, Ill.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with Pastor Darren Barnhill officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Scott Williamson memorial fund.
Scott was born on April 6, 1978, in Bloomington, Ill., the son of Steve “Pinky” and Gretchen (Gay) Williamson. He married Shannon Mandeville on August 30, 2003, in Bloomington.
Survivors include his mother, Gretchen and her husband, Jim Gordon, Clinton; wife, Shannon Williamson, Clinton; children, Skyler, Savanna, and Saige Williamson, Clinton; brother, Kyle (Courtney) Williamson, Clinton; step-sisters, Jena (Clint) Lichtenwalter, Clinton, and Jill (Jim) Gordon, Clinton; mother and father-in-law: Mike (Diane) Mandeville, Bloomington; several cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Scott was the owner of The Shack, Clinton, and recently, was the general manager at T.G.I. Friday’s in Bloomington. He was an avid bowler, bowling several 300 scores. He loved watching his kids, going to Skyler’s sports, and girls dancing events. Scott was a hard-working man whom everyone knew by his smile. He will be forever missed.
