Betty Davis, 35, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended License. Davis posted the necessary bond and was released.

Robert Johnson, 45, Waynesville, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm; Firearm W/O Valid FOID/ELIG; Illegal Poss Ammunition/FOID. Johnson posted the necessary bond and was released.

Reginald Highsmith, 36, Urbana, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant, charging him with Driving on Suspended License/FTA. Highsmith, being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Michelle Whitehouse, 39, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Failure To Appear. Whitehouse posted the necessary bond and was released.

Cody Mills, 26, Clinton, was arrested and issued Citations for Driving Under The Influence, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Illegal Transportation Alcohol and Civil Citations for Leaving the scene of Property Damage Accident and Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol. Mills posted the necessary bond and was released.

Ann Kaufmann, 51, White Heath, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Kaufmann was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Breanna Shutt, 21, Lincoln, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Shutt was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Cheyenne Dunham, 21, Maroa, was issued a Citation for Speeding Over 26 mph (83 mph in a 55 mph zone). Dunham was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Denise Bennett, 37, Farmer City, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bennett was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Cody Lance, 29, Pekin, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration. Lance was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Zemeka Fuller, 27, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone). Fuller was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Temakar Satish Kumar, 56, Gainsville, Fla., was issued a Citation for Speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph zone). Satish Kumar was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Linda Anderson, 56, Tuscola, was issued a Citation for Scott’s Law. Anderson was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

James Appenzeller, 68, Springfield, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Appenzeller was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Victor Olivares, 23, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (84 mph in a 55 mph zone). Olivares was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 17:38 on June 1, revealed that Terry Cummins, 65, Lewistown, was traveling northbound on IL-48 towards the intersection of IL- 48 he collided with Charlene Howard, 52, Clinton. Cummings was issued a Citation for Disobeying Stop Sign. Cummins was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Jason McGhee, 39, Watseka, was issued a Citation for Speeding Over 26 mph (82 in a 55 mph zone). McGhee was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Jason Kitson, 21, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Kitson was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Devin Leming, 24, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (65 mph in a 45 mph zone). Leming was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

James Oltmanns, 58, Channahon, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Oltmanns was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Henri Kanemaru, 45, Mt Zion, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Kanemaru was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Troy Jamison, 53, Bellflower, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Jamison was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Quintin House, 37, Round Lake Beach, was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License. House was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Robert Ragel, 43, Weldon, was arrested for Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm and released.

Jennifer Bohlen, 45, Weldon, was arrested for Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm and released.

William Colby, 40, Farmer City, was arrested and issued Citations for Drvg Under Influ Of Alcohol, Drvg Under Influ/BAC 0.08 and Driving On Revoked License. Colby posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tamara Quinn, 26, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Quinn was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Charyvonne Hall, 20, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (69 mph in a 45 mph zone). Hall was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Tommy Miller, 35, Waynesville, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Miller posted the necessary bond and was released.
