On Dec. 2, Clinton Police arrested Kori D. Wilcoxson, 26, Clinton, for domestic battery and aggravated battery.  Wilcoxson was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Dec. 4, Clinton Police arrested Stephanie L. Stinde, 47, Clinton, for retail theft at Save-A-Lot.  Stinde was also wanted on a DeWitt County warrant.  She was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

Richard Rybolt, 43, Kenney, was issued citations for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Hit and Run.  Rybolt was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Joseph Redman, 30, Clinton, was issued citations for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  Redman was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Morgan Mandrell, 18, Clinton, was issued a citation for Possession of Cannabis; Not More Than 10 Grams.  Mandrell was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Markeena Cole, 35, Green Bay, was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Unlawful Number of Passengers.  Cole was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Tayler Beck, 24, Decatur, was arrested on an In-State Warrant and charged with Driving While License Suspended.  Beck posted the necessary bond and was released.

Gabriel Montes, 53, Hudson, was issued citations for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Speeding (71mph in a 45mph Zone).  Montes was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Tasha Hughes, 51, Champaign, was issued a citation for Speeding (85mph in a 55mph Zone).  Hughes was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Kevin Pleasant, 34, Bloomington, was issued citations for Speeding (89mph in a 65mph Zone), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis.  Pleasant was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Brian Charron, 46, Weldon, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass to Residence and Disorderly Conduct.  Charron was released and issued a Notice to Appear.

Jeremy Cunningham, 22, Springfield, was arrested and charged with Driving/No Lic/Canc/Sex Offen.  Cunningham posted the necessary bond and was released.

James Howell, 32, Clinton, was arrested on an Mclean County Warrant and charged with Failure to Appear.  Howell posted the necessary bond and was released.
