Dora Alwood, 54, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Speeding (35+ MPH Over Limit).  Alwood was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Mitchell Albright, 29, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Bright was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Michael Trebacz, 23, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (87mph in a 65mph Zone).  Trebacz was given a Notice to Appear and released.
