DeWitt County Sheriff’s Office
June 28
Zachariah Wikoff, 38, Weldon, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic battery, criminal damage to property <$300 and criminal trespass to a building. Wikoff unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.
Stephanie Cluver, 43, DeWitt, was issued a citation for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Cluver was issued a notice to appear and was released.
June 29
Raymond Schmitt, 65, Forsyth, was issued a citation for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Schmitt was issued a notice to appear and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
