John Cooper, 54, Clinton, was issued citations for improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving under the influence.  Cooper posted the necessary bond and was released.

Taurus Booth, 25, Decatur, was issued citations for operating an uninsured vehicle, driving under the influence, improper lane usage, and driving with  a revoked license.  Booth posted the necessary bond and was released.

Jerry Russell, 50, Clinton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle.  He was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Teresa Jimison, 36,  Kenney,  was issued citations for operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding.  She was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Breah Centers, 25, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding.  She was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Eniola Iseyemi, 21,  Dolton, was issued a citation for speeding.  He was given a court date and released.

Kelli Pope,  42, Mattoon, was issued a citation for speeding.  She was issued a notice to appear and released.

Christopher Chizmar, 49, Normal, was issued a citation for speeding.  He was issued a notice to appear and released.

Trevor Blue,  20, Clinton, was arrested and charged with violating an order of protection, domestic battery/contact/vio o/p, and vio bail bond/class A conviction.  Blue posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tyrin Dozier, 19, Decatur, was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and speeding 26-34 mph over the limit.  Dozier was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Elizabeth Carballosa, 34, Decatur, was arrested and charged with possession drug paraphernalia, poss amt con sub except (A)/(D), bring con substance/penal inst, driving 21-25 mph above limit and poss cannabis <10 grams="" carbollosa="" posted="" the="" necessary="" bond="" and="" was="" released="" p="">

Sara Farley, 34, Springfield, was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license.  Farley posted the necessary bond and was released.

Taurus Booth, 45, Decatur, was arrested and charged with drvg under influ of alcohol.  Booth was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Cameron Cisco, 28, Clinton, was arrested and charge with driving on suspended license and failure to appear.  Cisco posted the necessary bond and was released.

Brian Jacques, 30, Mansfield, was issued a citation for Driver’s license not person-failure to display.  Jacques was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Elizabeth Carballosa, 35, Clinton, was issued a citation for possession drug paraphernallia, possession cannabis less than 10 grams, and Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Carballosa was arrested, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sara Farley, 35, Springfield, was issued a citation for driving while license suspended.  Farley was arrested, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tyrin Dozier, 19, Decatur, was issued a citation for driving while suspended.  Dozier was arrested, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Chantel Russell, 26, Clinton, was issued a citation for driving while license suspended.  Russell was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license.  Russell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Rakiyam Harper, 19, Decatur was issued a citation for speeding (83 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Harper was issued a notice to appear and released.

Matthew Kramme, 43, Monticello was issued a citation for speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone). Kramme was issued a notice to appear and released.

Nathan Foulks, 28, Clinton was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed/accident.  Foulks was issued a notice to appear and released.

Kristie Gillian, 44, Clinton was issued a citation for speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Gillian was issued a notice to appear and released.

Christopher L. Anderson, 26, Decatur, was issued a citation for driving with no valid driver’s license and arrested .  Anderson posted the necessary bond and was released.

Melissa R. Altes, 33, Wapella, was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license and arrested .  Altes posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nicole M. Pruser, 19, Carbondale, was arrested for underage consumption.  Pruser posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael A. Russell, 22, Weldon, was arrested for domestic btry/physical contact. Russell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sierra L. Reder, 24, Springfield, was issued a citation for speeding (75mph in a 55mph zone).  Reder was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Anita A. Stone, 45, Clinton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle.  Stone was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Micah S.  Koll, 35, Heyworth, was issued a citation for speeding (79mph in a 55mph zone).  Koll was issued a notice to appear and released.

Michelle L. Wood, 46, Farmer City, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle and expired Registration.  Wood was issued a notice to appear and released.

Lideya M. Trexel, 19, Burlington, was issued a citation for speeding (92mph in a 70mph zone).  Trexel was issued a promise to comply and released.

Pamela S. Snyder, 55, Clinton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle.  Snyder was issued a notice to appear and released.

Carley C. Weikle, 35, Maroa, was issued a citation for speeding (74mph in a 55mph zone).  Weikle was issued a notice to appear and released.

Alisha R. Bennett, 28, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding (70mph in a 45mph zone).  Bennett was issued a notice to appear and released.

Travis L. Gyuran, 18, Alta Vista, Kan., was issued a citation for speeding (75mph in a 55mph zone).  Gyuran was issued a promise to comply and released.

Charles R. Brown, 72, Covington, was issued a citation for speeding (79mph in a 55mph zone).  Brown was issued a notice to appear and released.

Christina M. Blankenship, 38, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (79mph in a 55mph zone).  Blankenship was issued a notice to appear and released.

Noah C. William, 30, Decatur, was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License.  William was issued a notice to appear and released.

Thomas T. Pruser, 21, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding (77mph in a 55mph zone).  Pruser was issued a notice to appear and released.

Ryan T. Maxwell, 27, Farmer City, was issued a citation for speeding (74mph in a 55mph zone).  Maxwell was issued a notice to appear and released.

Dorian A. Ruiz, 19, Chicago, was issued a citation for speeding (101mph in a 70mph zone).  Ruiz was issued a notice to appear and released.

Brittany N. Kessler, 27, Waynesville, was issued citations for failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage.  Kessler was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Tobias E. Starnes, 38, Bloomington was issued citations  for speeding (69mph in a 45mph zone) and driving with suspended license then arrested.  Starnes posted the necessary bond and was released.

Kalverez D. Joiner, 27, Rockford, was issued citations for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia then arrested.  Joiner posted the necessary bond and was released.

Latrell L. Hightower, 21, Rockford, was issued a citation  for driving while license revoked and arrested .  Hightower posted the necessary bond and was released.

Brittany N. Lord, 27, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging her with contempt of court.  Lord was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Raquel K. Crim, 19, Bloomington, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging her with contempt of court.  Raquel posted the necessary bond and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
