Sharon Hawthorne, 74, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Hawthorne was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Yasmin Banks, 18, Bement, was issued a citation for operating uninsured vehicle. Banks was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Wesley Gordon, 59, Gardena, Calif., was issued a citation for speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. Gordon was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Alyssa Tolladay, 19, Mt. Zion, was issued a citation for speeding 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. Tolladay was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Logan Winter, 18, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Winter was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Justin Reynolds, 34, Atlanta, was issued a citation for speeding 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. Reynolds was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Kumar Pradeep, 29, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. Pradeep was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Zachary Mears, 32, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Mears was issued a notice to appear and released.

Kayla Strauch, 23, Bloomington, was issued a citation for speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Strauch was issued a notice to appear and released.

Robert Phillips, 30, DeWitt, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving under the influence.  Phillips posted the necessary bond and was released.

Shawne Ferguson, 52, Heyworth, was arrested and charged with  two counts of driving under the influence.  Ferguson was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Heather Alwood, 33, Farmer City, was issued citations for two counts of driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.   Alwood was issued a notice to appear and a court date and was released.

Ronnell Harrington, 47, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit/FTA.  Harrington posted the necessary bond and was released.

Laurie Watson, 41, Weldon, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.  Watson paid the necessary bond and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
