On 10/6/18 Clinton Police arrested Laura L. Green 54, Clinton for Criminal Trespass to Resident, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass to Vehicle. Green was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 10/6/18 Clinton Police arrested Nolan Hale 19, Maroa for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Hale was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 02:09 a.m. on 9/29/18 revealed that Phillip Cole, 56, Decatur was stopped at US Highway 51 and Business 51 South.  Susan Farthing 52, Macon collided with the rear end of Cole’s vehicle.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Chad Case 44, Deland, was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver’s License.  Case was issued citations for No Valid Driver’s License and Expired Registration.  Case posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael Thorp, 52, Wapella, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Thorp was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Frederick Baietto, 56, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (85 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Baietto was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

James Bailey, 38, Wapella, was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Bailey was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nhon Nguyen, 91, Normal, was issued a citation for Speeding (26 to 34 mph over the limit).  Nguyen was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Wesley Williams, 43, Deland, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Williams was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Devonte Jiles, 23, Chicago, was issued a citation for Speeding (74 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Jiles was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lovell Houston, 19, Joliet, was issued a citation for Speeding (85 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Houston was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Caitlin Zientara, 24, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Zientara was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Stephanie Perez, 20, Oakwood Hills, was issued a citation for Speeding (68 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Perez was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Dennis Gendron, 49, Loves Park, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Gendron was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Robert Blair, 40, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Blair was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Samuel Fortner, 30, Assumption, was issued a citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Fortner was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Andre Johnson, 41, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (86 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Johnson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Dangelo Jones, 26, Springfield, was arrested and charged with Unlicensed/expire less than 1 year.  Jones was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License.  Jones was given a Notice to Appear, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Alexis Howell, 23, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Criminal Trespass to Vehicles/FTA.  Howell, being unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Joseph Ryan, 58, Clinton was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass to Vehicles. Ryan unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Lavan Surisetty, 28, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (72 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Surisetty was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

David Terven, 65, Waynesville, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Terven was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Olivia Sanders, 19, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Sanders was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Steven Rempe, 55, Clinton, was issued citations for Driving while License Suspended and Mandatory Insurance Violation.  Rempe was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kellie Borland, 28, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Suspended License/ Failure to Appear. Borland posted the necessary bond and was released.

William Peterson, 41, Kenney, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Peterson was given a Promise to Comply and was released.

Jagger Royer, 22, Coral Gables, FL, was issued a citation for Speeding (97 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Royer was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Rylee Brown, 19, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (95 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Brown was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Paul Omokaro, 45, Duncanville, TX, was issued a citation for Speeding (81 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Omokaro was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
