On Oct. 27, Clinton Police arrested Cody D. Byers, 31, West Terre Haute, Ind., for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to secure a child under age 8. Byers was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.
On Oct. 29, Clinton Police arrested Amber N. Fouts, 36, Decatur, for criminal trespass to a residence and on a Hancock County warrant. Fouts was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.
