CLINTON — Tracey E. Mills, 45, of Clinton, IL passed away at 8:29 PM October 25, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Il.

Graveside services will be 11 AM, Monday, November 1, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating.  Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to The Tracey E. Mills Memorial Fund.

Tracey was born March 8, 1976 in Bloomington, IL the daughter of Dale and Dianna (Lane) Ballenger.

Survivors include her fiancé, Jeff Dodd, Clinton, IL; mother, Dianna L. Ballenger, Clinton, IL; children:  Jennifer L. (Brandon Soto-Perez) Schmid, Clinton, IL; Christopher B. Farrell, DeWitt, IL; and Alexis F. Dawson, Clinton, IL; three grandchildren, Roslyn Howard, Ivy Howard, and Kyran Dawson; siblings:  Danny (Rachel) Sizemore, McLean, IL; Melanie (Dave) Herring, Ormand Beach, FL; Dale (Brittiany) Ballenger, Jr., Clinton, IL; Terry (Dawn) Ballenger, Clinton, IL, and Mark (Kim) Mills, Clinton, IL.

She was preceded in death by her father, sister, Deana Moore, and grandmother, Bertha Lane.

Tracey enjoyed spending time on the farm with Jeff.  Most of all, she enjoyed taking care of people at Cilla in Monticello and her family
