Clinton Police Department

On 12/07/18 Clinton Police arrested Nicole J. Schaffer 31, Clinton for Driving while License Revoked and 2 City Ordinance Violations for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Schaefer was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 12/08/18 Clinton Police arrested Kelly B. Griffin 39, Clinton on a DeWitt County Warrant. Griffin was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Miracle Cooney, 33, Kenney, was arrested on an Out Of State Warrant. Cooney, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Damien Watkins, 39, Acworth, GA, was arrested and charged with DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE, and two counts of Contempt of Court. Watkins was issued a Citation for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED. Watkins, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Lisa Mathews, 52, Decatur, was arrested and charged with DRIVING ON REVOKED LICENSE. Mathews, was issued a Citation for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED, and a Civil Citation for POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Mathews was given a Notice to Appear, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Lonnie Mathews, 62, Decatur, was issued a Civil Citation for POSSESSION OF CANNABIS; NOT MORE THAN 10 GRAMS.

Joshua Green, 26, Hallsville, TX, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Green was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Gary Miller, 37, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Miller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Vanessa Harris, 31, Waukegan, was issued Citations for Speeding (77 mph in a 45 mph zone) and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Harris was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jeffrey Hicklin, 49, Heyworth, was issued a Citation for Scott’s Law – Fail to Yield One Full Lane to Emergency Vehicle. Hicklin was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Brittany Dudley, 32, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (83 mph in a 65 mph zone). Dudley was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Tiffany Fulmer, 38, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear. Fulmer posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nicole Moore, 31, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Driving on Revoked License. Moore was Issued Notice to Appear and was released.

Shaylen Terry, 18, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone). Terry was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Gavin Pearson, 37, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in 55 mph zone). Pearson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kendell Hayes, 25, Decatur, was arrested on Dewitt County Warrant charging him with Speeding 26-34 mph Over Limit/FTA. Hayes, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Allen Smith, 60, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and POSS AMT CON SUB EXCEPT(A)/(D). Smith, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Brian Scheets, 55, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE, POSS AMT CON SUB EXCEPT(A)(D) and OPERATE UNINSURED MTR VEHICLE. Scheets was given citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Scheets, being unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Richard Burkart, 49, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Deceptive Practice. Burkart, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Laura Green, 55, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Aggravated Battery/FTA. Green, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Kelli Mowey, 40, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (65 mph in a 45 mph zone). Mowey was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jordan Dennis, 18, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone). Dennis was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Molly Cole, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph zone). Cole was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Salina Canales, 28, Clinton, was arrested for Speeding 35+ mph Over Limit and was issued a citation for Speeding (93 mph in a 55 mph zone). Canales, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Jeffrey Petri, 50, Bloomington, was arrested for Driving on Revoked License. Petri was issued Citations for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Driving While License Revoked. Petri, posted the necessary bond and was released.

Devin Stephenson, 22, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with DRVG UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUG/FTA. Stephenson, unable to post bond, remains incarcerated.

Paul Gilligan, 54, Mahomet, was arrested on two DeWitt County Warrants charging him with UNLWFL/INTERF/PUBLIC UTILITY and IMPROPER USE REGIS/TITLE/FTA. Gilligan, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Nicolas Cappellin, 29, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended. Cappellin was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kathryn Wilson, 20, Clinton, was issued a Civil Citation for POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and was released.

Jonathan Bateson, 33, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bateson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Staci Green, 46, Normal was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Green was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Collin Dowers, 22, Galesburg, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Dowers was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Blake Hendriex, 19, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Hendriex was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
