Jeremy Shiplov, 41, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Disobeying a Stop Sign.  Shiplov was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jade Henson, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Henson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Daniel Pries, 53, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Disobeying a Red Light.  Pries was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

William McKee, 18, Clinton was issued Citations for Improper Lane Usage and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  McKee was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Sue Followell, 51, Clinton was Arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Failure to Pay or Appear. Followell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Haleigh Nicoloff, 18, Farmer City was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving Never Issued License/ Failure to Appear. Nicoloff posted the necessary bond and was released.

Kyle Gingerich, 24, Arcola was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone). Gingerich was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Joshua Robertson, 28, Peoria was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Robertson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Investigation into an accident which occurred at 5:46 p.m. on September 11, revealed that Guy Keysear, 69, Farmer City was traveling eastbound on IL-54, west of Fox Rd.  Russell Baker, 48, Weldon was traveling westbound on IL-54 west of Fox Rd.  Keysear drifted into the westbound lane.  Baker tried to avoid a head-on collision by driving into the northern ditch, away from Keysear.  Keysear continued drifting into the westbound lane and collided with Baker, causing heavy damage to the driver’s side rear tires.  Keysear sustained heavy damage to the front of the vehicle.  Keysear’s vehicle was towed from the scene .  Baker’s vehicle was driven from the scene.  Keysear was given a Citation for Improper Lane Usage.

Mike Riley, 23, Champaign, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Improper Lane Usage.  Riley was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Clarence Bryant II, 24, Clinton was issued citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Running a Stop Sign and Speeding (85 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Bryant was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Benjamin Vannier, 42, Mt. Zion was issued a Citation for Speeding 26-34 MPH Over Limit. Vannier was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Shane Steinberg, 33, Atlanta was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone). Steinberg was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nicholas Baize, 23, Bloomington was arrested on an In-State Warrant and also charged with Manf/Del Cannabis/30-500 Grams. Baize unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Jacob Marshall, 19, Bloomington was arrested on an In-State Warrant. Marshall posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael Jennings, 24, Bloomington was arrested and charged with Driving Under Influence of Drugs and Driving on Suspended License. Jennings unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Alyssa Brown-Scribner, 26, Decatur was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended License. Brown-Scribner unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Jocelynn Williams, 22, Clinton was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Speeding 26-34 MPH Over Limit/ Failure to Appear. Williams posted the necessary bond and was released.

Investigation in to an accident which occurred at 04:17 on 9/13 revealed that Juan Garcia, 51, Elgin was traveling south on Chicago Street in DeWitt, IL.  Michael Groves, 25, DeWitt failed to stop prior to exiting the private drive and proceeded towards Franklin Street.  Unable to avoid a collision, the front bumper of Garcia’s vehicle collided with Groves.  Both vehicles’ sustained minor damage.  No injuries were reported.

Emmanuel Starks, 22, Bloomington, was issued a citation for Speeding 35+ mph over limit (99 in a 55 mph zone).  Starks was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kenosah Bond, 42, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone.  Bond was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
