A lot of rain in a brief period of time on Tuesday led to a number of Clinton intersections flooding. Most of the areas already were familiar to local residents. Weather spotters were called out across the county, but the storm moved quickly, and high waters receded fairly quickly, such as here at the intersection of Grant and South streets.
