CLINTON — Wanda Jean Elsner, 74, of Clinton, formerly of DeWitt, Ill., passed away at 1:30 p.m. on February 16, 2019, at the Warner Hospital and Health Services.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with J. Kent Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Heyworth Cemetery, Heyworth. Visitation will be held from 10–11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to DeWitt County Friendship Center.
Wanda was born on March 20, 1944, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Elmer Mark and Florence Reta (Hunter) Johnson.
Survivors include her sister, Deloris (Roy) Strohkirch, Clinton, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Kay Hulvey and Janice Woodall; and three brothers, Ray Johnson, Merle Johnson and Bill Johnson.
Wanda was a member of the First Christian Church, Clinton.
