Warner Hospital in search of volunteers

CLINTON — Warner Hospital is seeking volunteers interested in greeting visitors and assisting patients when needed. 

Shannon Crawley of Warner Hospital and Health Services spoke to Clinton Rotary members on Tuesday about the new program that is intended to help patients navigate the hospital steps as well as via wheelchair to the necessary departments. 

Crawley said the minimum time requirement is three to four hours per week. 

Volunteers must be able to pass a background check and basic health screening as well as follow the hospital dress code.
